Triplet Diesel Injection

Triplet Diesel Injection of Waco is your best source for diesel fuel injection pumps, turbochargers, injectors and diesel engine rebuild parts. We rebuild Bosch VP44 injection pumps in house as well as all other Bosch injection pumps for agriculture, industrial and automotive applications. In Delphi, we are DP210-310 authorized and in Stanadyne we are DS, DE Electronic pump authorized. We call also rebuild all Ambac, CAT, Denso, Zexel, Diesel Kiki, Yanmar and most oddball foreign or antique agricultural pumps.

We also have a full service light and medium duty truck shop that offers bumper to bumper repairs to diesel pickups, including complete engine rebuilds. Our Truck Shop Foreman, Aaron Stiles, has 28 years of experience in the diesel engine industry from heavy equipment down to hot rod race karts.

NOW Building Common Rail Injectors!

Bosch Common Rail Injectors are used in 2001 and up Chevrolet 6.6l Duramax, 2003 and up Dodge 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins and 2012 and up 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engines. These systems operate at up to 30,000 PSI so the injectors must be rebuilt with high precision and quality. Our injectors are rebuilt with genuine Bosch parts, using only Bosch equipment for measurements and testing. All assembly is done in a Bosch Certified clean room at our facility in Waco, Tx.

I am sure you’ve noticed that there is no shortage of people and businesses in the industry who claim they can rebuild these injectors, but only genuine Bosch injectors will run and last properly. Search those websites and look for the Bosch logo, if it isn’t there, those injectors are not of Bosch quality. In Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana there are only 3 shops that can rebuild these common rail injectors…we are one of them! We have a full service truck shop at our facility and we have seen many instances of severe engine damages from improperly rebuilt injectors.
