Common Rail Identifiers

When ordering injectors, proper identification is important. Most of the injectors we rebuild are Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L or GM 6.6L Duramax. Call us for help on proper identification.

On Cummins, the engine serial number is required. Below is the diagram of the top view of the solenoid, showing ID number on cores, this is helpful. If the injector has been built by another rebuilder, the solenoid could be from another part number injector. The part number could also be etched on the side of the injector body. The engine serial number is the best way for identification. If you’re not sure about the identification of your injector, please call us (888) 379-6779 and let us help you.
